Sarah joined Villa just three months after the firm was established and has been part of its growth journey from the very early days. In 2023, she became a shareholder, reflecting her long‑term commitment to the business and its clients.

She enjoys working closely with new and growing businesses and brings practical insight from having run her own small businesses. Sarah is passionate about helping clients truly understand how their business is performing, breaking down the numbers into clear, meaningful information that supports better decision‑making.

Outside of work, Sarah lives on a lifestyle block in Parua Bay. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, bush walks, and spending time with family and friends.
