When I founded Villa Chartered Accountants, my goal wasn’t to build another accounting firm. It was to build a growth partner for small businesses, bridging the gap between the numbers and the bigger picture.
Because behind every balance sheet is a person with a dream. Someone who wants to grow their business sustainably, make smart decisions, and feel confident about their next step.
We work with a lot of businesses who are in that crucial stage of growth where things can easily feel overwhelming. They need tax returns but moreso, it’s clarity, strategy, and someone who can translate financial data into direction.

I’m a Chartered Accountant and Northland’s only Certified Business Valuation Specialist, so understanding the value and potential of a business is something I take seriously. Whether it’s helping a start-up navigate its first year or supporting an established company to scale or prepare for succession, our approach is always personal, proactive, and practical.
We also embrace technology as a tool for empowerment. Cloud-based accounting, forecasting, and even AI-assisted reporting. These aren’t buzzwords for us. They’re the systems that give business owners back time, perspective, and control.

We’re proudly female-led, and that perspective shapes how we do business — with empathy, collaboration, and genuine care for our clients’ success. Our Accounting for a Cause initiative is one of the ways we give back to the community that supports us, donating to local charities chosen by our clients every two months.
